Quality Inn & Suites Lexington

The staff was helpful over the phone, trying to help me find my way there when I got lost. They mapquested the directions and read them over the phone to me as I was driving.

The shuttle was not working. We were hoping to utilize it to go out for dinner (not knowing our way around), but they said it was broken down. They said they'd try to get another one to help us out, but by the time we needed to leave (we had reservations), they were unable to get one for us.

there was no tv remote in our room and when we asked for one they brought us one, w/o a back, and were very apologetic but it didn't work. She gave us a hand written sheet of paper w/how to program it depending on the tv and the tv we had wasn't on the list - but regardless, the remote didn't even work....she said is was the only one she had so we didn't bother to request another.

Good rate for the location. Room seemed fairly clean.

The room was somewhat rundown, very "rough around the edges". The front desk woman (older woman, maybe her name was Mae) couldn't care less that I was standing at the front desk. Didn't even acknowledge my presence until she was finished working on the computer. Then she was very brief with me... Later when we were in our room, we noticed that the batteries were dead in the tv remote, we called the desk at 5pm and asked if new batteries could be brought up at some point and the woman just said that if we wanted them we would have to come to the desk and get them. I could understand her reply if it was very late in the evening but at 5pm there should still be a few people on staff available to bring them to our room. It's not even like we wanted extra towels or something, we just wanted something to fix their mistake for not checking the remote...

Easy access to the interstate and local tourist sites. Glad to get a good room price because it definitely was not worth the full room charge.

Bad plumbing. Complained about clogged drain for 3 days before it was fixed. Finally got the plumber to come when the toilet handle broke off and had to manually get the toilet to flush overnight. Daily room service was spotty. Half done- forgot to leave toilet paper, fresh towels. Very big place, very small breakfast space.

Conveniently located in order to visit the historic sites around Lexington & Concord, while close to Boston itself - the best of both worlds!

1. We stayed for two nights. But the hotel bumped up the price ($8 plus taxes) for the last night we stayed.This was different from the rate what Booked.net guaranteed on our reservation. The hotel did not offer an explanation. 2. When we checked in, we were given a room far from the lobby and office. We found out that we could not receive wireless internet signal. They had to switch us for another room. We wasted another a couple of hours, waiting for the room switching.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Room needed more cleaning, but comfortable overall.

The booked room was decent sized and newly decorated with pull out couch. All the staffs were exceptionally nice. The location was favourable, just next door to Lexington, MA and other Historical sites and all Massachusetts and easily accessible.

The staff was very rude.

Very good stopover place near Boston, some 30 min drive on motorways from downtown. Decent accommodation, excellent breakfast!

An old AC unit in the room was a bit too loud.

The pool area was a big hit. We enjoyed checking out the local eateries and the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be better for larger families.

The price and location were right. The staff was helpful and accurate in giving directions. It is being renovated, something needed.

The room was adequate for our needs, but there was still somethigs that needed updated.

The room was inexpensive ........... for a reason.

The hotel is an old motel-style with exterior doors and noisy in-wall air conditioning. They do not have enough towels and blankets to provide what is needed. The line to get breakfast is ridiculously long and slow with not enough places to sit. The dumpster from the nearby Mexican restaurant stinks.

The room was spacious and clean, far exceeding my last stay in lexington. The breakfast was a good spread with fresh pastries and fruit.

the gym equipment could use upgrades.
